Seven questions. Twenty minutes.

Most service businesses have built the appearance of a system. This audit tells you which one you actually have.

The diagnostic I'd run with you on a discovery call — built for you to score yourself, honestly, before you spend another dollar on tools.

Most service businesses have built the appearance of a system. This audit tells you which one you actually have.

The diagnostic I'd run with you on a discovery call — built for you to score yourself, honestly, before you spend another dollar on tools.

What is inside.

Seven questions, each scored from 1 to 5. Total out of 35, with four diagnostic bands telling you exactly what to do next. Each question comes with a fix-if-low note so you walk away with a punch list.

  • 1.  The Audience Diagnoses whether your ICP is sharp enough to attract the right buyer.

  • 2.  The Pain Surfaces whether you're naming a real problem your buyer feels, or describing an outcome they say they want.

  • 3.  The Search Tests whether you actually know what your prospects type into Google before they find you.

  • 4.  The Offer Checks whether you can describe what you do in one sentence — without jargon — to a cold prospect.

  • 5.  The First Response Measures the gap between a lead landing in your inbox and the first reply going out.

  • 6.  The Leak Quantifies the revenue you're losing to slow follow-up. Most people score lowest here — usually because they've never tracked it.

  • 7.  The Aftermath Diagnoses whether one client ever becomes three — or whether every engagement ends in silence.

PLUS

Four diagnostic bands at the end — based on your total score — telling you whether you have a fundamentals problem, a tool problem, or a system problem. Different scores need different next moves. The audit names yours.

  • Service businesses about to invest in new tools, software, or a marketing agency

  • Consultants who can't quite explain why their leads aren't converting

  • Founders who suspect their marketing has the shape of a system but not the bones of one

About Camelia.

I've been building marketing infrastructure for 20+ years: Saatchi & Saatchi, advertising sales for Romania's major magazines, twelve years running my own Bucharest agency, and the last ten in Sydney with Zoom Direct Media. Member of the Australian Marketing Institute since 2016, currently on the NSW State Committee.

I write Highly Effective Marketers, a weekly newsletter on marketing systems for expert-led businesses. The questions in this audit are the same ones I run with prospects on discovery calls.

If you'd rather skip ahead to the conversation, message me at [email protected] or call me on 0415 504 031.

Ready to find the leak?

Seven questions. Twenty minutes. One map of where your marketing actually leaks.

P.S. Most people score lowest on Question 6, the one about the leak. The first thirty days of tracking it change everything.
