These terms apply when you use highlyeffectivemarketers.com, download a free resource, or buy a product, program or service from Highly Effective Marketers.

Highly Effective Marketers is a business name of Camelia Vasile, a sole trader in New South Wales, Australia. ABN 13 536 702 903. In these terms, "I", "me" and "HEM" mean Camelia Vasile trading as Highly Effective Marketers, and "you" means the person using the site or buying from me.

By using the site or buying from me, you agree to these terms.

Free resources

Free templates, checklists, audits and guides are provided for your own use in your work or business. You can adapt them for your clients. You can't resell them, publish them as your own, or share the files publicly.

Paid products and programs

• Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies, unless the page says otherwise.

• Digital products are delivered by email or through a members' area once payment clears.

• Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials in your own work and business. Logins are for one person and can't be shared.

• I may update program content over time to keep it current.

Services

Audits, strategy sessions, the Clarity Scan and other services are delivered as described on the relevant page or in a written proposal. Where a proposal and these terms differ, the proposal applies.

Bookings can be moved with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions missed without notice may not be rescheduled.

Refunds

Digital products give you immediate access to the content, so I don't offer refunds for change of mind. If something isn't working, isn't what was described, or you can't access it, email [email protected] and I'll fix it or refund you.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product or service has a major failure, you're entitled to a remedy.

Results

Marketing results depend on many things outside my control, including your market, offer, budget and how you implement the advice. I don't guarantee any specific result, income or outcome. Examples and testimonials on the site describe individual experiences.

Intellectual property

All content on the site and in HEM products (text, templates, frameworks, designs, videos and the HEM name and logo) belongs to me unless stated otherwise. Apart from the licence above, please don't copy, sell or distribute it without my written permission.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site, try to access parts of it you're not meant to, or use it to send spam. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; I'm not responsible for their content.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or my products. Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, my liability is limited to supplying the product or service again, or refunding what you paid.

Privacy

How I handle your personal information is set out in the privacy policy at highlyeffectivemarketers.com/privacy-policy.

Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you buy applies to that purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
